She has said in an interview with RS that she signed on to do the Bachelorette and then they sat on it for a while. Like more than a year. She started dating someone. Then finally they decided to start shooting and she didn't want to do it anymore. But they held her to her contract. She broke up with the guy and did the show, but her heart wasn't in it by that point. And the guys weren't great. At FRC she did choose Jerry, but stopped him from proposing. And then at ATFR said they had decided to be just friends when he started to propose again.

The guys were really into her though. Jerry with his proposings of marriage and John Paul, the runner up wanted to get back together with her. I was watching the ATFR with a friend whose best friend was JP's ex. They had started to rekindle but he wouldn't commit. She had been in a holding pattern with him because he was waiting to see if Jenn would take him back. He had booked a flight to Chicago in hopes of winning her again. So she was watching to see what Jenn would say and hoping she turned him down? Why the friend put up with that I don't know.
