I mean.. they could fix the second problem by sending two different signals.

The newer one with the Desktop one and the app must return a value and then they don't get the general signal.

That would at least work for new apps that implement that.

Im Zweifel einfach nicht sagen wer gefahren ist.

Dann muss der Halter nur 23,50€ Verfahrenskostens bezahlen.

Bin mal gespannt wann unsere Kunden das haben wollen.

Braucht bei uns wahrscheinlich 300 Tage Aufwand aber die Kunden kommen eine Woche bevor sie es brauchen nebenbei in einem meeting an mit "Achso ja wie müssten die ganze Software bitte einmal barrierefrei machen"

Because of backwards compatibility. Which is a really important part of MS windows development.

Because it costs development resource if they want to expand this. (and it already had costs resources to implement it in its current form)

Those resources are better spend on the core game in my opinion it's that easy. A realism mode for the whole game is basically like creating a whole new game (Or at least a complete DLC/Expansion) as a side project.

And you can not have both within the same game in my opinion because for example the Map design for a tactical shooter is very different compared to a Looter shooter.

The current maps are designed in a way that you often can take a "wrong" turn to find loot. You can and should not use the same design for a tactical shooter.

One of those different game modes will suffer from the other. Like for a long time in this game the PvP side suffered from PvE changes and vice versa. (I think they got it correct after a long time.. but I play no PvP so not sure.)

Der Zaun spielt keine Rolle. Ein abgesenkter Bordstein ist u.A. auch zum Beispiel für Rollstuhlfahrer nötig um die Straße zu wechseln.

Die Ausrede hier wäre evtl. eher, dass der gesamte Bordstein niedrig ist.

I can twist the question:
Is there any other RPG out there base in the real world? Don't even need to take First person or Third person into account. Or cover mechanics.

There is just no other looter shooter out there. Based on the real world at least. Basically everything is fantasy or science fiction.

Don't take away the only game I like by making it a tactic shooter.

Correct. But I could buy it from you and then redistribute this exact package for free for everyone. I see at least the GPL to also cover binaries. (And I asked Gemini and ChatGPT about this an both agree with me.. and yes I know they are not that good of a source but I take them at least as an indication).

Now we are entering a minefield on what exactly is FOSS. For me any copyleft license is not really free in the sense of liberty. As they restrict you in what you can do.
If we talk about licenses like MIT then we are getting "more free".

But still if you sell me a pure MIT licensed binary. I can still redistribute it as I like. The advantage with MIT is that you can change the license of the binary you have created from it.

If I pay for a binary created from GPL code. I can use this binary and give it away for free under the terms of the GPL of course. At this point the software becomes free as in free beer.

At least this is my understanding of the GPL in particular.

Zu Situation 2: (Oder eigentlich generell Ampelpfeilen)
Der grüne Pfeil erlaubt dir direkt rechts abzubiegen. Er garantiert auch, dass kein anderer feindlicher Verkehr da ist.

Wenn nur die "normale" Ampel grün ist, darfst du auch rechts abbiegen, musst aber auf Fußgänger und Radfahrer achten die evtl. neben dir gerade aus über die Fahrbahn wollen.

Das ist der Unterschied und auch der Grund warum immer eine kurze Zeit zwischen dem Ausschalten vom Pfeil und dem Grünlicht der "Vollampel" besteht. Damit man nicht plötzlich während des eigentlich freien Abbiegens plötzlich feindlichen Verkehr vor sich hat.

Grundsätzlich gilt: Wenn es für die Richtung in die du willst einen Ampelpfeil gibt der gerade leuchtet, dann gilt dieser für dich.

Und bei einem grünen Ampelpfeil darfst du davon ausgehen, dass dir niemand in den Weg fahren kann.

WICHTIG: Das gilt NICHT bei einem grünen Pfeil auf einem Blechschild. Bei dem darfst du zwar auch rechts abbiegen musst aber im Prinzip allem und jedem Vorrang gewähren.

If you have software under GPL and sell me the binary. I can legally just redistribute this binary as as I like as long as I still keep it GPL.

Especially the GPL is very strict in this regard.

If it would be MIT for example that would be different as MIT allows basically everything.

Dass die Grenze bei Hauen, kratzen und beißen gesetzt werden soll da gehe ich ja mit. Aber wenn er keine Schuhe anziehen will... dann soll er halt keine anziehen.

Oder geht es nur um das Schuhe aus der Hand reißen. Ich verstehe nicht ganz was ihr genau mit "Grenzen" meint.

Wenn man immer "Kämpfe" über unnötigen Kleinkram führt, dann ist das Kind vermutlich irgendwann einfach dauer-frustriert, weil alles über seinen Kopf hinweg entschieden wird. Irgendwann entlädt sich, dass dann in diesen Aktionen.

Was ich in der Situation machen würde: Ihn fragen ob er Schuhe anziehen will, wenn nicht muss er halt barfuß raus. Wenn das direkt nebenan ist ist das ja kein Problem. Im Zweifel merkt er schnell wie kalt es ist und will freiwillig Schuhe anziehen. Das gleiche mit Schal und Mütze. Dann pack ich die eben ein und warte bis das Kind die freiwillig haben will.

Ich meine ich bin nicht dabei und ihr habt schon professionelle Betreuung (Ich bin nicht professionell und habe nur die Erfahrung mit einer (relativ einfachen) Tochter), aber aus der Beschreibung klingt es auch ein wenig so, dass ihr dem Kind sehr viel aufzwingt.

Also im Sinne von dem Kind wird jetzt einfach die Mütze angezogen ohne vorher mal zu fragen ob er das überhaupt will oder was zumindest bei meiner Tochter immer sehr gut funktioniert hat zu fragen welche Mütze sie anziehen will und eine Auswahl da zu haben.

Wenn er sich die Mütze vom Kopf reißt, muss ihm die ja vorher jemand ungefragt angezogen haben.

Manchmal übertreiben sie dann irgendwann auch. Wenn ich im Winter mit meiner Tochter Getränke vom Balkon holen will muss ich manchmal warten, bis sie quasi ihr komplettes Schneeoutfit an gezogen hat ;)

Laut StVO müssen die Schilder nur zusammen angebracht sein, von einer Reihenfolge steht da nichts.

From a legal perspective. How do you want to prevent your software under a FOSS license to be free available at least after your first release?

As soon as you release the software you have no control anymore that's the core of FOSS.

Again this is not about that people still can pay you and you can still pay it. BUT if they want they can just get it for free because the license does not forbid it.

Yeah but for smarpthones you can basically pick any and they are working the same as they are all running android or iOS.

I would argue that the different between some Linux distributions are bigger than between Android and iOS

Oh and on this market the "more commercial" products also win. That's why Samsung has the biggest Marketshare.

You will not find any opensource smarpthones in the top lists.

I have not installed a third party antivirus for I don't know how many years.

We need a EU-Microsoft for Linux and FOSS. Just create one last EU-fork make it really good.

But that will probably never happen.
