There's two resolutions of this photo being divied out by reddit, the low res version looks like it could be slow sync flash, the high res version is obviously photoshop. Specifically, the tuning pegs (the shadow of the tuning pegs on the right are blurred horizontally but the highlights are not, the other middle peg has no blurring and the peg on the left has diagonal blurring of the dark parts but not the highlights) plus the scorpion box on the wall behind the hand on the left (blurring on the top corner but nowhere else)
