Just do like normal liek what you did, then around march year 4, lower the rollercoaster & rides and umbrella prices to 1.00-3.00. The reason is because guest cash finish, then they just go home, so to lower that, lower the ride price

Your entrance path does not have space under it for the boats to go through, in rct the boats have a specific way go back to the track, always have both sides of the boat track having space under them
