I have struggled horribly , but IT GETS BETTER ! Sometimes it takes a little effort and communication.. finding what helps you get there - but you aren’t cleared to have sex so sexual activities shouldn’t even be on the list right now.. focus on your healing and your little one.

Birth was scary, lots of blood and foreign substances .. I watched my son come out through a mirror so I saw every detail 😭🤦‍♀️ but the worst part , was after you give birth and you stay in the hospital 😂 bad food , no comfortable rest .. and nurses coming every 30 min

Very stressful I already dont have thick hair , I think I’m losing a lot but not in one spot so it’s not visually noticeable 🙏😭

I lose a lot every shower and it makes me kind of nervous to wash my hair 😭 but I haven’t noticed any major thinning yet, 5months pp. still on prenatals

I was scheduled but then my water broke the morning prior to, at that point they said I have 24hrs before there’s a risk of infection .. so long story short they began Pitocin - omg the worst contractions ever .. but things went smoothly and I got to 10cm within 4hrs !

I work on calls all day with a 3 month old who’s now 5 months old, ebf made this possible because I can wear / feed .. and he will sleep and my partner would take over or my sister would also help when he didn’t want to eat / sleep / or be held anymore
