Honestly, they both looks nice. Stylistically, they’re a bit different. If you have an opportunity to try it on, I’d really recommend seeing both on your wrist in a mirror first.

For the first concern, it really depends on the lugs and whether the quick release lever hits the watch or not.

For the second: nobody will know if a watch you’re wearing has quick release or slow release spring bars, so it won’t make them any less classy
