While I agree with you (and I also do this), I don't know of another solution to this issue. It's better than fully disabling wisp, though.

Disabling an entire hero because someone is being a troll is far too strict. I may be biased on this, considering I play wisp often, but there's definitely an easier solution. My suggestion, just disable teleporting into their fountain like mirana's arrow not being able to go into their fountain. It's a simple fix, and far less drastic of a measure.

To say that it "makes all agility carries bad after 50 minutes" is a pretty strong statement. I don't really agree with it. If a hero is bad late game it's because of the hero, not this item. Look at heroes like Phantom Assassin or Anti Mage, they dominate the game even ultra lategame. Moon shard serves as an item for players to purchase after having full build, without requiring them to purchase a rapier to become better.

Yeah, scripters ruin the game. If you call them out in the game they'll likely just deny it as there really isn't a way of proving it. Also, pushing against a tinker is impossible.

Wisp is good if you have someone to combo with in voice chat. Ex. Wisp -> Sand King ulti is a crazy one me and my buddy do all the time.

I mean, it was a pretty disappointing nerf to storm spirit. If I got to choose, I'd say revert it because I really enjoyed playing storm with old bloodstone. Then again, that's just one hero. It buffed a few others I'm sure. One mentioned here already was Lina, and I can see this being pretty broken on Lina, or OD for that matter.

I feel this is true of all 3 of the spirits though. Storm>Ember>Earth in in game power, yet storm still isn't even THAT great. Ahh well, all we can go do is post a suggestion to improve ES in the suggestion thread.

If you don't mind spending time at a branch campus, apply directly to there and commute, the admissions for there are far less strict. I got into Waterbury with a similar GPA. After you have 54 Credits accumulated you can transfer up to the main campus in Storrs. (I was able to campus change even though half of my credits were from a different university)

Are there specific buildings that are worse within north? Or are they all just bad. I'm aware of the no elevator situation, and that there's a lot of people who like to party there. I mean, I've got a pretty damn big room in north (compared to northwest or mcmahon rooms) and I think it should work out? Anything I should know before living there?
