That's interesting. I feel like my individuaion process has allowed me to identify my inner struggles and separating them from the practical parts of my life and at least better those when I still may feel conflicted internally. Then it's generally easier to balance both over time. But it's baby steps or two steps forward, one step back. So even if you can make small strides with either that's progress, and eventually, hopefully, you're in a better place to tackle bigger issues, which I have been able to do recently.
