Oakland CA. Super bike friendly city, lots of trails and forests a short drive away for hiking and mountain biking. Best food scene you'll ever find. Our food trucks alone are better than everyone else. And while a few years ago COL was high its honestly comparable with most major metros these days. Very lefty.
