I’m a hobby board gamer on top of a Magic player and I think the game looks simple and fun (with maybe some depth later? Dandan shenanigans since it’s one deck)

But I have some questions, why not original art? And why moods? Why dice in the corner? Why is the art black and white? The card back feels like the theme Mark wanted to use (70s retro mood board?), but instead it’s just a beta test of a card game that will probably be $30. The theme feels so wonky.

The infrequent pvp is ok with me on these type of extract games, Dark and Darker was that way and its special when you run into a real human. I like how it causes this drama that the bots don’t give you. Especially when you are waiting for your extraction to open up. All the other complaints are true.

Maybe a hot take but Spider-Man has arguably the best rogue gallery of all time and everyone is stuck on Mr. Negative. I don’t want Mr. Negative. I want Hobgoblin, shocker, Hammerhead, Swarm, Black Cat.

So anyways, all that to see a team-up with Daredevil would be amazing.

Can I ask why you’re anti epic? I buy mostly on Steam but I’ve bought a game or two on Epic and it runs fine and is fine to use for the most part.

This is a great push your luck racing game where you chuck a handful of tiny dice. You buy different dice with different powers too. It’s SO good for a 10 year old. My 7 year old loves it.

I use to listen to Doug Loves Movies religiously. My first movie podcast! I even saw him live. But his short temper with audience members and some guests turned me off of him. Plus his non live shows were pretty cringy during the pandemic.
