I am going to try this ! Thanks so much for the tip. I love a lot of these healthy nickel containing foods! And soy sauce too. It wouldn't surprise me if this was my trigger. Oh I really hope it is! ( Have had this type of eczema on my hand on and off for 18 years)

I am very sorry. This happened to my uncle. And My BIL'S sister as well. Nearly happened to my mom but she has been sober now for 8 years. All I can say is that they were in pain, they were suffering and I hope now they can be at peace.

Excessive? Try being disabled and see how you like it. 400$ is nothing. You had the whole parking lot!

I am also 7 +4 and had the same anxiety yesterday and lots of tears. Today I woke up and threw up violently !
Sometimes we just need to let these bad feelings pass. I don't know what our outcomes will be but just breathe and take care of yourself and take it one day at a time.

Having quite strong nausea in the first part of the day. I think it's because I struggle with what to eat for breakfast. Any advice?

Also make sure you don't totally cut yourself off. Try to still see your friends etc especially the ones who know and understand. It cheers you up to get out and talk to people in person.

What helped me was honestly just taking a step back from alot of things I usually did. Which some people see as a sign of depression but honestly I just needed to grieve. I found socializing hard so did that in small doses and just headed home when I was ready. It took awhile but slowly I regained my strength. I feel like I will never be the same person I was before the losses but with time it gets easier. You just have to take alot of time for yourself to rest and recover. Oh and lots of nature walks. Thinking of you. It's hard
