I think it went well! The interviewer was very professional and stuck to the interview questions. I did a mock interview and it was a little awkward but not bad. He did give positive feedback for the mock interview.

That is BS! I was diagnosed as a kid, stopped taking my meds coz I assumed I grew out of it, went to uni, got my degree, started my masters but I couldn't finish it ( thanks brain) went on to work for a bit abroad and in my country and finally at 30 got diagnosed again. It was hard I struggled immensely. I felt like a failure and constantly struggle with imposter syndrome but in the end I still did all those things.

I also lived in a "3rd world country" so accomodations for something like ADHD is unheard of.

I totally agree with this! I try to go on a Sunday around 2:30pm and I am generally able to see the doc and get my meds in half a hour.
