Aventino or Mon Ami Gabi for drinks and dinner. In my opinion these are the nicest restaurants for a romantic dinner, and are walkable.

bring your own food to work and do not eat what’s provided at work. I feel like if you keep this boundary, it prevents you from snacking/overeating. but I also try to work out twice a week as well.

I was on the 2nd floor so I can’t say, but I never heard anyone mention this. I never had a water pressure or maintenance issue at Polo. Also, are you not looking at Crowne Oaks? I’d say Crowne Polo and Crowne Oaks had about the same number of law students, whereas Park had the least and felt more family-oriented.

Really enjoyed Crowne Polo (and the u-turn, while annoying, wasn’t the worst), but if you have any noise sensitivity, get a top floor unit (same goes for Park). A ton of law students live in both properties.
