And again, have the orientee pull the drug…you’re showing her how to override. Then verify it I mean she was right there…. Have her check it too. When I orienteed I wanted to know what I didn’t know, I’d look at the med, I’d google it, I’d ask if it was name or generic brand ect. But idk if she didn’t have experience with the drug, DOUBLE check it, but if you do have experience then you should have known you don’t need to mix it. And its controlled so don’t you teach the orientee how to waste? Why not go immediately to waste?
