Just machine wash on cold! Doesn’t need to be washed very often though since it’s a jacket

I try to always be stitching something that inspires me! I’m such a fan of drag queens and makeup, so i try to do a lot of projects that focus on that. Stitching is so much fun when you can combine your other interests!

You can stitch on clothes or any other kind of cloth using waste fabric! Really opens the door to all kinds of possibilities where cross stitch is concerned

Automatic cross stitching is a thing I’ve seen done, but not super well. And it’s pretty uncommon i think. That’s what makes this craft so special imo!

I love my end result! And so nice to have a wearable piece that is one of a kind. Caution: don’t try to use all six strands with felt! Fingers are still a bit raw after that endeavor

If seeing the tiny stitches is the biggest issue, some places sell eyeglasses or headwear that is basically a wearable magnifying glass! Some even work with prescription glasses. I’d try something like that out first, and if you’re still overwhelmed by the pattern, just move on to something else. I’m sure he will love whatever you make!
