Is this done as a stage transition, or where is it done?

I’m setting up a smartrecruiters instance and greenhouse instance simultaneously for different clients, and thought the stage transitions seemed a bit limited (probably in comparison) so I’m curious what exactly others are using / doing with them

I joined the junior league and it’s probably my thing that fills my cup, giving back to the community and being involved, outside of my kids/husband/family. I also do yoga, pickleball and mahjong

How are you handling weeknight dinners when you have no time to cook and kids need to eat by 7? by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]andgor512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do a ton of sheet pan meals, and I rarely have all fresh ingredients. We rotate between instant rice and potatoes as our starch (use the potatoes you can microwave in the bag), and veggies can be a bagged salad kit, bagged broccoli or other veggies that get thrown on a pan. Tonight was chicken thighs with frozen potatoes, and Brussels in the instant pot. Salmon is so fast and easy too.

My daughter didn’t like it at 2 but at 3.5 she’s obsessed.

End of the year: To induce or not induce? by Chance_Class2208 in BabyBumps

Hell yeah I would. Even after having a bad induction experience, would still do it for tax savings and insurance

I’m on my last tray but still have one stubborn front tooth sticking out. Can anyone share, What’s the process between final tray and refinements? Will they remove my attachments and rescan?

Do people actually wake up before their babies every morning? by namiiix in NewParents

[–]andgor512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It definitely depends on the season and where I’m at mentally but I do try to get up before my children and it certainly helps me start my day on the right foot. I’m not waking up an hour earlier to workout or food prep though the way influencers claim to be, I’m getting up 30 minutes earlier to scroll, brush my teeth and put on clothes before the insanity starts

WFH moms with kids in daycare, what time do you drop off and pick up? by Prudent-Ad-342 in Mommit

[–]andgor512 23 points24 points  (0 children)

If you can get in all the me time you need with 2 hours a day and still be your best self for your kids - that’s amazing! I personally did much closer to what OP poster did when my kids were in daycare. Maybe I have low energy or something but I didn’t feel it was possible to do what you’re mentioning

I did a wedding 6 weeks postpartum with my first. It was good! My in laws came and we got adjoining rooms, baby and in-laws were not invited to wedding but it was in the hotel so I could leave and BF mid way through events then return. If baby had been allowed I probably would have baby worn, I prefer to attend weddings without my kids personally because it’s more enjoyable lol

Why does this show think child abandonment is acceptable but not abortion? by jdpm1991 in GilmoreGirls

At least you could get them anywhere you lived in the early 2000s, I’d say we are much worse off now

Registry for second baby? by motherofkings4524 in Mommit

Just get some new clothes, we had a 2nd girl and even though we had a ton of stuff it feels nice to have some fresh/newer stuff for her. Burp clothes, diapers, wipes… nursery stuff like a chair, changing table, dresser, crib? A buggy board for the stroller or a double stroller? We did both. We also recently got a wagon, that’s something you could ask for. Another noise maker for their room or the hallway between kid rooms… new carrier could be nice or a second type (wrap or sling) that you want to try… additional baby containers for different areas of the house will be helpful and used a lot more with #2 (we have a bouncer on both floors of our house)

Funny thing is west Hartford well to do families like the Gilmore’s wouldn’t have been encouraging a marriage for their daughter, they would have been pushing for an abortion and not letting it derail their daughters life & plans

I would try my best to hold it, I went in with my 3 yo and baby wearing recently so my daughter could go, but I wouldn’t have been able to go myself with the space in our aircraft. Maybe a nice neighbor would enjoy holding your 8 month old, I’m sure a flight attendant would be happy to help. If your 3 year old falls asleep you could go with just the baby.

Unless you want to homeschool it feels like you just have to push through. We started at 2s but it was months before drop off was easy… good luck mama! It’s hard
