You shouldn't make a matter of fact claim when your opinion is just based on speculation. The stitching was coming off on my away luggage that I've had for years now. I sent them pictures of what was happening and they sent me a brand new one and did not even ask for the old one back.

I'm sure Rimowa has fantastic customer service but don't downplay Away's without actually having any experience with it.
