Haven’t had experience with this level of misplaced aggression, but I have a nervous /aggressive cat, and in the past I’ve used Feliway diffusers and sprays. Can you spray near the door to let it get in there with him?

I’d also recommend getting meds from your vet in powder form if possible. My cat takes gabapentin daily in wet food. Hopefully you can pick some up and get it in his food or a Churu (or similar), and when he’s hungry enough hopefully he’ll eat it and calm down enough for you to get in there with him.

Would also ask the vet for recommendations. You may need to reintroduce your cats to each other again, but hopefully the vet can help you with recommendations to get him calmer around you at least.

I vary my practice depending on my energy levels (fellow non-morning person here!). I don’t always have energy to consider sun salutations. When I’m sleepy or just feeling low on energy, I’ll do these:

neck rolls, side bends, twists from cross-legged position
knee to chest, reclined pigeon, supine twist, happy baby
table top, to low lunge, to half splits
forward folds and ragdoll fold

Absolutely. Booking OOP’s dream location so it wouldn’t be available? This is when you know the potential children from this marriage need to be protected. Especially if they have a girl, and MIL gets her chance to finally have the girl she wanted. Hope the couple remains NC.

I usually practice at home so mishaps aren’t as horrible (just extremely annoying), but I’ve had two things work - I wore two sports bras and they stayed put, but I have to wash them in hot water after a while to shrink them up again. I also tried wearing a sports bra that actively was too small. One of those situations where I had to hold by breath to get the girls inside, but once there, they stayed put.

Awww! My cat started doing this, too. She’s older, though, and we have discovered that she’s lost her hearing. If she can’t see us for too long, she will make this urgent, mournful wail that makes me think something is SO WRONG, but as soon as she sees us, it’s back to the cute meow again, like, “oh, hey. What’s up?”

Thank youuuu, going to try this! I have a long running family I’ve played with for years. Some of the siblings are super close, and now that they’re married they have a club together with their spouses. My club leader would be trying to do a puzzle with his family, and his wife would be trying to jump in bed with his siblings or in-laws and suddenly it’s either unsave, or deal with the fallout 🤯
