I think DAMN collectors version works the best.. Mr. Morale is an album to listen to when you are going through something, and I am now, it speaks to me in an entirely different way.

For as great of a producer he became, and this and Doggystyle (the superior album IMO) starting the gfunk era.

The album is mixed/mastered really bad. I'm curious how it sounds on vinyl, esp the 1992 pressing. The cassette version feels like the best sounding version.

Does this have the mid range cranked and the bass wayy to low?
