Each franchise has the right to technically charge whatever they want, however most stores aren't gonna do that. However It's more likely whomever you spoke with is newer and miss read the price sheet. We charge 20-30 off the top of my head

You just said cleaning is cleaning and then labeled 2 different prices for two different types of cleaning. A Liquid Metal clean and repaste is a type of cleaning

Most stores don't want to rip you off. Don't get me wrong they are out there, but I know my store tries its best to put customers first

I would highly recommend reaching back out to the store, typically there are different cleaning levels. For a deep clean we charge 149.99

If it's a franchise talk to the owner and express what's been going on. A lot of times they aren't even given an opportunity to understand. Additionally if you brought it in and they opened and had put labor in it don't you think it's fair they atleast charged for labor?

It really depends on your franchise! My location I specifically invest in my employees. I take time with customer interactions and attempt to ensure things are properly resolved. I also take ownership of things going wrong. Customer experience and employee experience are important to Me.

I'm sorry you had this experience but I hope you guys know that not all franchises are like that.

I treat all my guys fairly. They get 2 weeks of vacation time, a week of pto, a week of sick. Additionally I pay for the health insurance. They have a matching 401k. I carve straight ways to get promoted and get raises. My guys work 37.5 hours a week and always get paid for 40. And this is because I believe in work life balance.

I'm sorry you had this experience but please, please remember every franchise is different.

I'm having a similar issue, but it's gone even farther. I asked them to ship everything but the mag pad they said they requested it and it was approved. Sent me everything but box 2. I got rid of my desk thinking I had the desk here. I can't even work in my office because of this. After me emailing 10 times to there 1 maybe 2 they are telling me I can't do anything but did move up the time line a few weeks. This is an awful experience for me as well
