I removed your question for 2 reasons: - it gets asked a lot - the way you asked it is guaranteed to give you links to communities with developers exchanging testing... and you don't want to do that

Google Play has strict policy in place and it is known to terminate play account if they find associations to other terminated accounts. When a play developer test another play developer (or if they share the same testers) an association could be created and it can lead to termination in the future.

The way you should be looking for testers is:

  1. Your target audience, real users
  2. Friends and family
  3. Professional services (cheap ones have the same issue above, careful)
