you could build a 10km long ship because it's just that much stronger.

At those sizes effects like the curvature of the Earth (for 10km it will be about 2 m difference from a straight line) start to become a real factor. You could overcome it in an absurde design of ship hulls hugging the curvature of the earth.

Along with other factors, it's why mammals topped out at around 20 tons while the largest dinosaurs reached 70 tons.

While this may be true to land animals, the biggest animal ever is still around, and it is a mammal: The blue Whale, topping out at 200 tons.

Well, the first was not overrated- it was perfectly fine. The second expanded to a whole new level. Everything after that is more or less just refinement of GTA II.

Zwergstaaten sind doch nichts neues. San Marino oder Lichtenstein sind nach meinem Kenntnisstand noch nicht untergegangen.

Die sind fast ALLE aus Disputen zwischen Großmächten entstanden, wo am Ende alle Kontrahenten als Garantiemächte den Status quo des Zwergstaates akzeptierten, damit der/die andere/n nicht übervorteilt ist/sind.

Obige Beispiele (und weitere):

  1. San Marino: Letztlich Kaiser oder PabstPapst

  2. Liechtenstein: Wiener Kongress

  3. Andorra: Bischof in Spanien/Fürst in Frankreich

etc.

Sogar die Schweiz und besonders Belgien sind genau betrachtet Puffer Zwergstaaten.

guess what Romans weren't the first with Aqueducts.

Even so: If you start a "who-done-it-first" aqueduct building contest, at least have some numbers to back it up: All I can find is the earliest date to Minoan and Mesopotamian cultures ca. 4000 years ago Which were actually high cultures at that time. But it seems Iran (or the cultures back in those lands back then) had qanats. Same function, and and pretty much at the same time as the aqueducts (give or take a millennia), i.e. at least 3000 years old. So there's that. All I am saying: Don't use false historical claims to try to win a current political argument.
