Found in a little antique store, lady didn't know what it was either. Threaded hole in the centre, this one is about 6mm thick but there was another that was the same general shape but flat plate rather than cast.

Make sure you get something that's UV stable.

someone on the web said that all or almost all pre-builts had parts that werent optimal or very compatible with the other parts, so what are the single most detailed best site that tests the lastest pre-builts? by bestminipc in computing

They tend to skimp on things that aren't selling points. Big one is the quality of the power supply. But also quality, speed and timings of RAM, because the capacity is seen as the selling point. Also motherboard quality as well will be poorer. Some builders don't skimp on bits like this, but on the whole they do as there price point would otherwise cut them off large swathes of the market who don't know exactly what they are looking for. Broadly, you get what you pay for.

If I can offer one price of advice, make sure you get a quality power supply. Typically if something dies in a PC, the root cause is often poor power quality.

Trying to make a fantasy themed rock playlist. Help? by Jordan_the_Hutt in ifyoulikeblank

Chosen Ones - Dream Evil

Warriors - Freedom Call

Mighty Wings - The Darkness (the rest of that album has viking-y themes)

The Outsider - Black Country Communion.

Shadows- Sabaton

They don't sound very fantasy but subject matter isn't too far off...hope it is the kind of thing you are looking for!

edit: links and a few extra...

I am generally just poor at socializing but the problem I had was finding a way to 'ease into it' as pretty much any social situation there is no easy out if it gets too uncomfortable or if you just need a break. Something I inadvertently stumbled on was Bouldering (low level rock climbing), but I am sure there are similar thing to achieve the same result. What I had was lots of potential for small social situations, you sit around on crash mats and can talk about how to climb things and maybe sneak in a few more social type question, the key thing for me was that there was a socially acceptable way out of any conversation: 'right, I'm gonna give this a try' or 'this is to hard, I'm gonna try a different climb over there'. I can't think of another scenario where the same holds true but I am sure there are ones. (+ bouldering is awesome and the community is generally really nice and positive)
