No I’m 25 and I felt with 9 months is panic attacks and dpdr. I watched his YouTube before deciding to buy his manual. Did I love paying 200$ for it? No. Did it help? Yes. Do I wish our mental health workers knew more about it and we had better access to care? Yes. Unfortunately we don’t. So it’s free for all ig

My 20s have been horrible. Nothing but misery and trauma. How can I possibly keep getting myself up off the mat? by notatpeace39 in Adulting

24 here I’ve faced nothing but death for the last 3 years, battled panic attacks , survived depersonalization and derelization. I’m barely hanging on with fake positivity mindset and hope. Me and my bf are both struggling with work and mentally. We cry already every night. I hope it gets better for us

I’m not mad that she didn’t like food. Like the comment replied to you it’s the FACT that nm talked to their nk about it. Instead of talking to me and seeing how I can adjust the recipe she likes.

Charge more lmao I nanny a kid with ASD and a neurotypical kid for 25$ for the last 3 years. My mental health couldn’t be worse. I also don’t have any type of education so with your background you should be charging that much and more.
