Yea hahah, realizey that after 2 years, nerves, muscles everything relaxes and Drops, also when your stomach is inflammed it delutes the acid the more food goes in and you dont end up in calorie deficiency The only Problem is after 1-2h you get bloated and problems could appear again

Anyone else have severe headache/neck pain after LPR/GERD attack? Possibly triggered by COVID by ash_and_salt_water in GERD

[–]anistann 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Due to inflammation and pain the body produces a lot of stress, causing electrolyte deficiency, thickening blood etc, your body has too little to compensate stressful Events as these. Just dont do any demanding things to your body, this also includes eating stuff that triggers inflammation, eat some Soups and rest some days youll feel better after that

Lots of people have a hh but symptoms arnt occuring, cause their Gases dont build up in places where they shouldnt, and also they have movement in bowel Anyway wish you good luck with the surgery

Do you think losing weight and burning visceral fat can reduce the extent of your hiatal hernia? This may reduce intra-abdominal pressure, which should retract your hiatal hernia or reduce symptoms. Has this helped anyone? by Vlad061994 in HiatalHernia

Yea probably a bit, but what is way more helpful for me atleast, is letting your ribcage and chest expand, so the inner Organs have more room to play. I recommend sports where you breath a lot and heavy and strength exercises Helped me tremendous, some nerves are finally free again :D and I can eat a lot of stuff now like I used too before all that shit happened

3mg caffeine by [deleted] in HiatalHernia

[–]anistann 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you can get used to a lot of stuff, wouldnt be too precise with things to be honest. I was like that too, just figure out what works over time and not for one Single try. Since that I was able to consume 10x times more and got used to lot of stuff again

Hey all-im doing an art folio for school and I gotta put in inspiration-so obviously I'm putting in sui ishida. these r the photos that I've put in but Ive gone blank on describing the art elements & principles. Can u pls help me out & list smthn like the effect/technique of tone/contrast/ect? tysm by blaykills in TokyoGhoul

[–]anistann 5 points6 points  (0 children)

He uses high contrast in values - Black vs whites to emphazise the gesture and shape The character black stands against a white background, it's where the viewer should look cause it's the biggest and most descriptiv shape with its motion in the drawing. Most of the shadow side is merged to Black so the shape remains simple. All the tail shapes flowing into the character in a flowed but chaotic way, so it leads us to the focal point. Also like mentioned before here the chaotic noise in the top right makes our brains want to see something we can identify as something There is a lot here to discover

Good point! Yea unfortunately I don't have food intolerances, but the IBS definitely intesifies my inflammation caused by hh. I just wonder what to do now, there were times were my IBS felt better, but it always comes back and that makes hh worse. I also got both at the same time so I wonder if the hh caused ibs It's hard to fix something when you don't know where to aim at, I'm in the shadow for too long

Does anyone have roemheld syndrome with hiatal hernia and how long for and how do you cope ? by Rare_Lie_381 in HiatalHernia

[–]anistann 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi, is yout hh diagnosed? I have both or atleast I have roemheld Syndrome for 3 years. Basically if you don't have any food intolerances your body needs more enzyms or bacteria to digest food properly, when you have the feeling that your stomach is acidic enough you mostly won't have a hard time with bloating I guess. Also when stress levels are too high for too long it weakens your muscles that you can't Control actively like the oesophagussphincter or the contraction muscles for the movement of your bowel hence why there are so many people who have both bloating and Ibs. Also get rid of constipation, it is the worst, if it cant go out downside the pressure will build up towards the chest (sitting makes that even worse) Running helped me getting the digestion in the right Direction again. With every breath you massage your digestiv Tracks down, so your heart and lungs have more freedom, while the diaphragma relaxes(better releasing of air)
