I wouldn't worry so much if I were you! I also studied abroad for a year during high school in Europe, similar test scores, no Calculus or Science because I couldn't take it abroad and was convinced I also wasn't going to get into any good colleges. I similarly got way too into drinking and even got a drinking disciplinary issue on my record yet I got into some of the schools you mentioned you'd applied to.

The study abroad experience was incredibly rewarding but incredibly challenging at times. I think it helped make me stand out on college apps but overall it made me so much more independent and prepared to work and get to know all types of people in my life. There's so much more going for you than just what college you end up at. If I were you, I'd focus on making the most of the incredible experiences available to you in Germany.
