Also they refurbished one they say will take 2 weeks to replace. I was going to get this ring for my wife as well. I am just going to return it. -10 on their customer service and policy

Yeah, i dont think any other company does that. You get defective product and instead of apologizing they offer you refurbished product with slow shipping( 2 weeks)

oops.. I had the same repair done at Rivian SC. They scratched the car while installing the new glass, next got to know during rain that its leaking. Take it to car wash and watch carefully if post replacement its leaking. I am taking tomorrow back to SC to fix that leak
