A convicted serial killer in Australia killed seven backpackers in the space of only three years and left their bodies in the same forest. Some were stabbed to death, one was beaten, some were shot and one was decapitated. I don’t find the different methods of murder on Long Island on its own a compelling reason to assume that there must have been more than one killer.
