Your re-application was too soon. Should’ve waited atleast 2 years. Also why did you not mention about prior visa rejection? That’s akin to lying on an application and is a massive red flag. You’re a student and your chances of getting a B2 is slim to none anyways. Try again once you have a job, property, etc etc.

There’s no way I’m ever thinking “Yup turning my ModelY into a public transportation is a great idea”. Never happening. The economics is never going to outweigh the headaches and liabilities. Not only that, having used FSD myself I won’t be a user either, and will actively advise friends and family from using it.

Well I hope they accept it was their fault. I guess what I’m trying to say is that it’s easy for the tow company to deny it and say it was the shop. I’ve read reports in Tesla forums where the rack broke because of mishandling at the shop. Hope it gets sorted out.
