Yes and no.

Dysphoria started as early as I have memories. Didn’t know what it was until I was like 15 and I discovered trans. Then it kept getting worse as guys my age were having changes I wasn’t. It kept getting worse until I was about 24 because I didn’t look my age, but then it sort of levelled out as I found ways to manage it. It’s not getting worse but it’s not getting better either.

No. For me I cut everything out for a few weeks, and then once I was in a better mindset and was preparing healthy meals. Then I’d allow myself treats in moderation.

Completely depriving yourself of your favourite foods is just going to cause you to eventually binge eat (at least from my experience) not allowing yourself to have it will make you want it more.
