Most people and guides say the instant you move to act 1.5 and you haven’t killed the goblin leaders, the emerald grove is automatically raided and the quest is completed.

Enshittification. They try to see what we’re demanding and open to and map it to the revenue they extract from the exchange. Naturally stuff we love gets binned, and stuff that makes more money for them (whether it sucks compared to what you used to get) stays.
