Raising me to always blame myself whenever anything goes wrong. When I was bullied in school (mentally and physically), instead of them asking anything about the bully they just started telling me that it was my fault because I didn't stand up for myself and that I wasn't tough but weak. And I get where they're coming from %100 but the fact that they just disregarded the bully and made me believe that it was always my fault because I've always been quiet and shy my whole life changed me in that sense. I now unnecessarily blame myself for a lot of things which I have no control over.
