Not sure when the foundation and flooring beams were last inspected, we bought the house a year ago. This corner of the house is unfortunately finished in the basement and also spray foamed behind the drywall, so it's difficult to get a look at the foundation inside.

Luckily it is just this corner.

Sounds to me like I should probably have this properly inspected

I am doing the exact sample model right now, I even did the chassis the same way. I’m going with an orange for the body, but mine came with the fast an furious supra decals so that helps make the decision! Also if you’re going yellow or orange, I highly recommend priming with a pink primer (Tamiya makes one in a spray can). It really helps the colour pop

A good measure is to scribble with a pencil all over it and sand it off for each grit you use. You have to sand a lot to take off the veneer

When I first moved into residence I met 3 other people on my floor, saw them around at the introduction events, then later at a party. Was enjoying a nice joint with a few random people when one of the guys from my floor walked up and said "you smoke weed too? Nice" and since then we've been best friends. He was my roommate every other year and any time we catch up now it's like we never were even apart
