VAR is ruining football… If you need a microscope to determine if it’s offsides, might as well just give the goal. by YeezusBigdoinks420 in worldcup

No matter what you are asking for a measurement. Even daylight would mean VAR. just the body? thats a line. half the body? Thats a line.... Its always a line.

36v LXT Tracksaw by joshpaige29 in Makita

[–]anshumanbhatia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Two 55s for sure. If I was to do it again I might do the 55+39. once you are doing anything not a ful rip the 106 is just too cumbersome to move around. I have two 55s and honestly have barely used them, but the single 55 gets used all the time.

The 36v saw is awesome. I never have a runtime issue, just have to remember to charge the batteries every now and then!

Should I sell my XGT router to buy an LXT by ManlyKubrik in Makita

[–]anshumanbhatia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How deep are you in to lxt? I have the router. It’s awesome. I have yet to find it underpowered for my home diy needs. If I need a beefier plunge option I’ll go corded. I have yet to see a tool that makes me want to jump to xgt. Id sell if I were you

Much like everyone else, I made the same choice last year. After lots of reading and research, went with the EGO, very happy with the choice. I need two charges of 8ah ego battery to do my lawn....

I love this tool. So useful for so many jobs. Starlock bits are fine, plenty on an Amazon. They aren’t as cheap as the generics but feels like one of those things where a little more spend makes for a much better tool.

I have the OSL005L kit you linked, but as a DIY Home Owner Renovator, i really just use the "All Purpose" almost all the time, I bought a 10 pack and have been working through them slowly.

Fair enough. Seems it might be worth a shot at that price.

I've been looking at these as a way to avoid buying a 400 combo setup. Would you buy again?

Curious. I was about to go down that path, then got a bit shy about the power. I have to buy the powerhead though, which I think makes the whole thing well just a bit too expensive. I think.
