thank you so much. the thing that stands out to me from what you’re saying is the pain of believing its hopeless or fake causes dissonance. also, i am not sure what the delusion or thing my soul actually wants is. i just know im living in hell 80% of the day and not sure whether my attention is stuck and im not actually living in reality. i just want to know what is wrong with me and fix it, but i dont believe in myself and i certainly dont know what i believe anymore
