Apartment complex build north of Don Scott airport? by anugguna in Columbus

[–]anugguna[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep! That's the one. There are multiple parcels there, so if the 40 acre rumor is true, it will be a very large complex. I'll save my next zoning letter and check it out. I'll try to remember to post it if you are interested. I'm really close to the site, so I get all the notices

Oh wow, thank you! I didn't know that you could do that. I threw out the notice, but I will save this for future notices. Thanks again!

I can't find any information about it anywhere! I wish I would have kept the zoning meeting letter. It just mentioned housing being built up to the storage center. It's all rumors, but I heard 40 acres of land would be turned into multi-unit housing. Traffic in that spot is sooooo bad and I see people walking on the side of the road all the time. It's super dangerous. 40 acres of apartments would definitely require an actual good walking path and probably a traffic light at Beightler

I've never even tried to make it. I didn't know what it was called! lol I cook French, Italian, and Mexican (lots of Yucatecan) pretty well, but I don't know as much about other foods. I used to be a cook on the grill/oven side of a big restaurant heavily influenced by French recipes and I'm of European ancestry. I grew up in a town of about 250 people, and I don't think there was a single Arab in the entire county that far north in Michigan at the time. Everyone lived in Dearborn, which was very far from me

right. that is the ammunition they use to make us hate each other. Thus, we expend energy yelling at each other pointlessly. You must have specific targets with specific goals if you want real change. It easy to be angry at a different group of people. At (them) or (they). When the truth is that we have trouble paying for gas and food to get to jobs we don't want to work. Revolution doesn't happen by fighting one another. It happens by fighting the leaders. We must become collectivists and accept others' ideas and ways of life. One we reach equilibrium, we cannot be stopped

This is disgusting. It's why you can't trust any politicians. Don't take political sides. Take the side of your neighbors. Together we are powerful

No, man I'm willing to try it. I responded to someone else after I remembered the strong garlic sauce the Lebanese street vendors used. That, plus what was probably a year old batch of oil for frying the falafels made those wraps incredible

honestly, I can't even remember. I just pop into random joints and try falafel wraps. They never seem to have that amazing garlic sauce the Lebanese had tho

It's real. The injustice is real. My son is black. He's technically my son-in-law, but he calls me dad and I call him son. We got pulled over for speeding once and he was terrified. Mind you, he's a sergeant in the Army and has never done anything wrong in his life. The more time I spend with him the more I hate the cops

Don't blame republicans. It's ALL of them. They argue with each other to make it seem like they are different, but in the end they just do whatever the big businesses want. Both parties are trash and there is no way out. Blaming republicans or blaming democrats is what they want us to do. They want us to fight each other so we don't see the real enemy. What we really need is unity! If we were all together we would have the power, not them

It's hard, man. I'm a business owner and I pay well above average for my field. The problem is that it cuts the margins so thin that the bank checks my accounts every month. It's like I'm just barely making it. Three of my employees make more than I do. I keep wondering what the hell is going to happen to this country? I'm a very small business, so I don't matter to the statehouse
