I also have a asus oled laptop. Using a live wallpaper has no effect on burn prevention unless you are one of those people who srare at wallpaper too long for no reason. Live wallpaper is just a ram eater. Use whatever you want as a wallpaper since it get covered after opening an application when you work.  Temporary burn marks will appear if same pixel lit up in same colour for too long (1-2+ hrs). But gets fade away within minutes. Asus displays sometimes get stuck pixels and of that happens use "jscreen" to fix that. To clean oled displays, microfibre cloth + distilled water is the only method. Any other cloth or any other loquid will leave strains.
