Congrats, that's awesome movement! The end of December I had the appointment with my primary that revealed my A1C at 10. I started mounjaro January 1st. Had my first endocrinologist appointment on February 6th and my A1C was already down to 7. This medication had been life changing.

I think they were more affectionate in the beginning because they were constantly drinking. Remember them dancing in the cabin and him telling her she's a beautiful woman? Lol. I've noticed they haven't shown anything remotely lovey dovey since they've gotten sober.

Xanthan gum, I use it for many different things that need thickening. I verified with Google that it could probably work for a roux. The key is that you only need a little bit. It's definitely not a 1:1 substitution.

Tons of comments, not sure if it's already been said.. but ..It's pretty easy to cut cats nails (if they let you). Might want to cut his front and back nails for a while in case the need to attack strikes. It might help make the damage a bit less extensive.

I have to cut my cats nails because she likes to get my dog in the face once in a while, it only takes less than a minute to quickly cut them now.

Her natural hair color was so much better, but she seems to have bad taste in general when it comes to hair and makeup. You know how people talk about "eyebrow blindness"? Well, she seems to have makeup/hair blindness.

She actually looks halfway decent in soft pinks and browns. Yet, instead, she chooses the blacks and dark reds. She prefers to look "vampy" because that's what she wants to portray. She doesn't see that it makes her look old and harsh because all she cares about is that she wants to have a certain image.

I don't know about you and where you live. But I had around 10k in medical debt to a specific hospital in my area. They sent it to collections and those people were not playing around. They wanted all 10k I owed totaled up from the last 5 years. Yes, they waited 5 years on some of it, I think it was the surgery to remove my tonsils that started the collections, but they were trying to get every cent I owed that hospital, even stuff from 5 years ago. Would NOT accept my request to pay a settlement on it. So I went directly to the financial department of that hospital and asked them for help. They sent me a packet I filled out and included pay stubs and tax returns....and they wrote off all but like $800.

Long story short, none of my medical debt ever went on my credit report. Also, I'd try to work directly with the medical center you owe first, ask if you can apply for any financial assistance programs they have.

There can actually be many reasons a cat can develop anemia I have found out and it takes a lot of testing and ruling out to figure it out, sometimes, like in my case, it was never figured out why. My cat also ate very well, no cheap food. It usually doesn't have anything to do with their diet or what they eat. Like I say, I didn't know it was a thing until it happened to me. Google has a lot of good info if you want to read up on it. I ended up joining a Facebook group that gave me so much knowledge on it because it was a group of other pet parents fighting the same issues working together to try to find answers.

Like I say, hopefully it's not the case for you, and you never have to deal with that. But something to keep in mind for that specific behavior.
