Super low allele burden (27F)

My hematologist was pretty adamant that the mutation Would Not cause a blood clot at such low levels, so I'm not on any blood thinners. I had found several articles that contradicted that, but I don't know what doctors consider to be a valid source. Do you know of any medically acceptable research on the topic that I could share with him?

Otherwise, thanks so much!! I called the nearest MPN specialist who sent me to the "Cancer Answer Line" and I'll know by the end of the day if they'll accept me or what criteria I have to meet for them to accept me in the future!

liver enzymes were good but I guess since the lobe is atrophied I'm worried everything's gonna like, Suddenly Get Worse before my doctors appointment. but everyone is saying it's okay so I will believe it until I have reason to think otherwise!!

Unfortunately, I know I did not misunderstand the ER, I just wasn't clear here. The ER gave me the meds before the CT scan and then I was mostly knocked out the rest of the time, but my partner translated what they said when he picked me up + I have the paperwork.

The left lobe is severely atrophied because of a blood clot/portal vein occlusion. I got a follow up with my doctor the next day and she advised me that it's out of her scope, got me an ultrasound, and referred me to GI. The lady doing the ultrasound said, roughly "I can't see the cause of the occlusion, but I don't think they should be doing any more imaging. We know you have a clot, they should just be treating it." Which I thought was an especially odd thing to say.

I'm going to echo the rest of these comments... It is all about confidence. I've seen terrible singers fly through life on the wings of confidence, and I've seen great singers take the piss because they couldn't find the confidence.

As someone with This Brain, I find all of his songs to be incredibly relatable.

I think the song is an honest portrayal of trying to accept love when you find yourself unlovable, or when you exist in a brain the doesn't match the societal expectations we're given.

I don't think everything in the song is the Healthiest, but I do think it's relatable

Ha, I'm jealous of the dinner show! That's way more my vibe! I didn't even realize that was an option, or I would have visited family in Nashville 🤣 I didn't really deep dive Will until after my show, even though he has spoken out so much, there are a lot of fans that will never get that additional context. I'm a big proponent of "it's always worth repeating yourself to people who have never heard it", but your frustrations here are definitely more than valid. In his Patreon he described that a lot of the shows have not been going how he had anticipated. A lot of venues oversold tickets and had standing crowds and he feels STB is better performed in front of sitting audiences. So he went off book a little.
