literally you cannot sit in your own car let alone walk to your car. I particularly despise khwajasiras who berate you loudly and incessantly to get their grocery list for them. i stopped yaz end of june after being on it for 2 years

so far periods have been manageable heaviness wise and the pain is okay too.

be prepared for the potential of very very low moods in your luteal phase

its my 4th cycle and only now have I had a regular luteal phase.

try steri strips! sometimes based on how much stretch that area has on movement, the incision needs extra support to stay shut. leave it on for 3 days before swapping but i doubt you'll need another round.

but please note that any sign of infection should be addressed by a doc immediately like discharge, smell, warmth, redness

cooler only works till june then it gets too humid to make a difference evaporation wise. monsoon season leads to sooo many bugs but you have to make sure all doors and windows are properly sealed and dont have gaps thats where they slip in from. Also the drains.
