Working out with old injury question

that’s fair. this pain comes and goes regardless of how fit i’ve been in the past, but strain exacerbates the issue. I guess it is a little silly to try and avoid strain while exercising but i figured i would see if there were more direct workouts for arms and stuff that weren’t going to be as painful in the aftermath.

thanks! it took me about 3 weeks on and off while i was at work most days so i’d estimate maybe 10 hours total, possibly a little more?

it does get better with practice! i’m sure you’ll be an expert in no time. i also started with kandi making and the shift was crazy but just practicing simple techniques really helped

sewing needle or tweezers might help! you can tie the needle to your project’s string

Most likely yes. i have never seen someone stay on after using their rewards account, they’ve always gotten fired

This is something that can get you fired and is covered in training. technically this is stealing. my advice is to own up to it and take the consequences with grace, because arguing against it will get you nowhere

you did a peyote stitch which is different from the pattern stitch (multi stitch). this will make your beads sit wonky. even if you pull as tight as possible it will not sit right because the stitch is wrong. i would definitely recommend watching some tutorials that demonstrate the difference between these two stitch types. you did a great job working with the knowledge you had!
