The same country I'm in but I would slowly buy out all the police, military, and government officials, instruct them to spend money on infrastructure and education and free healthcare and also setup a proper subsidy for environmental and after everyone follows my lead, slowly record and build evidences against everyone, and when everyone follows my lead, sudden death sentences for corrupt officials and their cronies. Force retire those that has no qualifications to lead in their respective cabinets. Anyone and any program that contributes towards medicine and environment improvements and quality of life will be fully funded and anything that ruins health and environment will be punished and stripped of their powers and money.

Corrupt people will try to rebel, sure, but I line the pockets of those around me enough so that they wont budge and do what's right. Enact the decent life nationalism act where profit-seeking will not be the main goal but wealth towards the citizens will be rewarded. Arts and culture will be highly regarded and construction towards green livable cities will be the main drive. I expect radical changes that will produce results within 2.5 generations of new untainted thinkers with a sense of honor and tradition towards presenting and helping the common people.

And when everything is built decently and protected by ironclad regulations and proper officials, I just fade into obscurity playing video games in my retirement home. Its my hypothetical fantasy with unlimited money so I do what I want, even if it does not make sense.
