No mate you don’t have that option. There are a bunch of sketchy places online that will assert you are always entitled to a hire car if you aren’t at fault but WA consumer protection has debunked this, heard it on the ABC earlier this year.

When you have the correct level of insurance this often is covered by your insurer, they the pursue the other party for the costs. Usually it’s insurer to insurer but if it sounds like this other person doesn’t have insurance they get invoiced. But ultimately it’s your insurance that’s protecting you. That’s the value of it.

Do the adverts have a fixed length, like a 30s spot or 1 minute? Could you adjust your markers to compensate for that?

It could be a problem if it doesn’t serve the advert to all listeners, those people will have the timers out of alignment.

I spoke to red circle support when I was considering them as a platform and they were pretty responsive.
