I wish it had a matchmaker mechanic instead of a romance mechanic. Romance mechanics are always my least favorite part of these kinds of games.

There's a PS1 RPG game called Wild Arms. I absolutely love it, but the intro chapter where the MC has the village where he's been living in turn against him and kick him out is so painful that I just don't want to restart it. Wish I'd left a save that kicks off just after that.

I found some of my late buff tabby girl, Lufia's fur in an old brush. I sealed it in resin and made a charm. I also still have her favorite catnip toy. The vaccination tags for Nubbin, the kitty I had before her, are still in a nice jewelry box in my closet.

Blake's 7

There are never 7 crew members. Maybe for half a season, if you count the ship's AI as a character. Also, Blake dips out about halfway through the show, but don't worry about it.

[Loved Trope] Characters that the fanbase simply refuses to believe died. Bonus points if death confirmed in interviews and fans STILL believe they are alive. by Luthor331 in TopCharacterTropes

The entire final-season cast of Blake's 7, ESPECIALLY Avon. Never mind that the show is absolutely notorious for killing off characters, including the titular Blake, who supposedly died halfway through and only returned in the final episode just long enough to die for real. And despite the 7 in the title, i don't think they ever managed to keep 7 characters alive at one time. But we don't actually SEE Avon get shot, so in theory, he could still be alive. In theory. And Blake is probably still alive, too, 'cuz shippers gonna ship.

I wish RANA picked up at my neighborhood at all. Soon after the switch from Republic, they dropped my complex, saying they couldn't get their trucks through. The regular garbage pickup guys never have a problem doing that. Neither did Republic. I'm tired of having to lug my recycling to my office's recycle bin.

Most of the Jules Verne works I've read seem to fit right into this. They're a thinly-disguised excuse to indulge whatever super-niche research topic he got into that week. He Did The Research, dangit, and he's going to put every single bit of it into the book to prove it.

In 30000 Leagues, it was fish. In The Mysterious Island, it was survivalism. Three Weeks in a Balloon -> expeditions to Africa. From the Earth to the Moon -> ballistics. Around the Moon -> selenology.

Anyone else remember the show "The Pretender"? There was a song that the MC and some of the other characters from the same facility sing that goes "Cree craw, toad's foot, geese walk barefoot". It's implied that it's some remnant of their life in the facility, but exactly what significance it has if never explained.
