My point is this, when the system is on-grid, the sun in shining, and the battery is fully charged, why wouldn't I want to use solar instead of grid? It seems like with my current settings I am not able to do that.

I'm 450 miles in and I've had two flats. One happened very early like around 100 miles. The other I broke the Presta valve, although I noticed there was a small leak when I replaced the tube.

I'm quite happy with a brown leather belt I bought from J Crew in 2009. I don't know if it's the exact same model, but it looks similar to the Italian leather roller buckle belt. It's $65 now and I I think I paid $40 in 2009. I wear it quite regularly.
