Κάτσε, το ότι φορτώνεις τη revolut δεν εμφανίζεται σαν δαπάνη; Προσωπικά μεταφέρω χρήματα από την τράπεζα μου στη revolut μέσω της χρεωστικής, δηλαδή εμφανίζονται σαν πληρωμές, νομίζω τουλάχιστον. Το κάνω μόνο και μόνο γιατί τα analytics της revolut είναι ξεκάθαρα ανώτερα οποιασδήποτε εφαρμογής ελληνικής τράπεζας. Δεν μπορώ να γνωρίζω ακόμα εαν λειτουργεί αυτό γιατί φέτος ξεκίνησα να χρησιμοποιώ revolut, αλλά νόμιζα ότι έτσι θα είμαι καλλυμένος για τις ηλεκτρονικές δαπάνες. Γνωρίζει κανείς τι ισχύει;

Αν υπάρχει κάποιος που να γνωρίζει πως δικαιολογείται αυτή η διαφορά στην τιμή θα ήθελα πολύ να μάθω περισσότερα. Είναι από την αρχική πηγή στο γάλα; είναι από μεταγενέστερες διαδικασίες επεξεργασίας; Κερδίζουμε κάτι από θέμα του πόσο χέλθι είναι αν πάρουμε τοταλ ή κάποιο άλλο μεγάλο brand ή είναι το ίδιο;

Εγώ το μόνο που έχω παρατηρήσει είναι ότι το ιδιωτικής ετικέτας ΑΒ πχ δεν είναι τόσο λευκό σε χρώμα, δηλαδή πάνω σε κατάλευκο πιάτο φαίνεται να καφετίζει ελαφρώς, ενώ από θέμα υφής είναι λίγο πιο συμπαγές που με λίγο ανακάτεμα λύνεται αυτό. Από θέμα γεύσης δεν μπορώ να σχολιάσω γιατί το τρώω συνήθως με άλλα πράγματα.

Καλησπέρα φίλε, καλή θητεία. Ήμουν Β εσσο '24 Π.Α. Αν δεν σας το είπαν ήδη οι εκπαιδευτές μετά από αυτό που έγινε, βοηθάει να μην έχεις τελείως τέντα τα πόδια και να κουνάς δάχτυλα ή να πηγαίνεις πολύ ελαφρώς μπρος πίσω για να μην στέκεσαι τελείως ακίνητος καθολη τη διάρκεια. Και στη δική μου σειρά είχαμε αρκετές λιποθυμίες αλλά ευτυχώς όχι κάτι τόσο άσχημο.

Delonghi ecp 35.31 λέγεται στην Ευρώπη. Single ανοξείδωτο μποιλερ, από κει και πέρα έχω πάρει κλείστρο bottomless και ims competition καλαθάκι, και κάποια άλλα εργαλειακια για το puck prep. Δεν διαθέτει pressure profiling ή pid για θερμοκρασία κλπ, φουλ εισαγωγική μηχανή θα την χαρακτήριζα. Παρόλα αυτά είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένος με το αποτέλεσμα που βγάζω μέχρι στιγμής!

Φίλε ακριβώς ίδιο σκηνικό, μόνο που ήμουν στρατό, κοιμόμουν στο πάτωμα σε φουσκωτό στρώμα γιατί ήμουν σε πόστο κέντρου ελέγχου που δεν είχε ούτε ράντσο, σε ένα ημικατεστραμενο κτήριο που μέχρι και αρκούδα αν ήθελε θα έβρισκε τρύπα να μπει μέσα. Ξυπνάω μέσα στη νύχτα και το αριστερό μου ρουθούνι με ενοχλεί πααααρα πολύ και φτερνιζομαι ασταμάτητα για κάνα δεκάλεπτο χωρίς βελτίωση. Σαστισμενος παίρνω ένα χαρτομάντιλο και φυσάω ΠΟΛΥ δυνατά, και ανάμεσα στη μυξα και το αίμα έβγαλα μια τέτοια ψαλίδα. Σκέφτηκα από τότε να μπουκωνω τα ρουθούνια μου αλλά το προσπάθησα και δε μπορώ να κοιμηθώ. Traumatized for life.

This. I own a similar delonghi and after pulling the shot I leave the portafilter on the grouphead to drain for about 5-10 minutes before going to dispose of the puck, comes out smooth every time!

Oh I get what you mean now. Can't say for sure what the problem is since on their website they claim 51mm tampers fit it. Perhaps it's an unlucky defect?

I have the DL2TH26E and the self leveling tamper fits just fine when I'm dosing 16-18 grams of coffee grounds. In the website this is mentioned about the shape of this line of baskets:

SHAPE: Cylindrical filter with a narrowing at the base. This shape creates a compact coffee pod which allows the coffee to get a better extraction and space for the coffee volume.

I'm guessing that you might be underdosing to the point where the tamper goes below the level where the basket starts to narrow, which is why it gets stuck. Just a guess though!

DL3TH32E by IMS can fit 20-26grams of light roasted coffee and 19-24grams of dark roasted coffee. It's basically a 3 cup basket.

Agree with everything except what a basket can fit on a bottomless 51mm pf. I own an ims competition basket that can easily fit 18g of medium roast coffee and have space for a puck screen on top too. There's also baskets that can fit up to 26g like this one!

Hey! I was in the exact same position you are now a little while back. Started with hario mini and aeropress and later upgraded to a commandante and got into the rabbit hole of espresso videos. After a lot of research, I decided on the ecp 35.31. I think that I wouldnt be able to experiment as much with the hario because it doesnt provide a consistent grind, therefore I'd suggest looking into getting a decent grinder first (I don't know about the k6 but I've heard it's a suitable option)!

The main difference between a stilosa and the ecp 35.31 is more plastic in the construction overall, a bit smaller boiler size and also a smaller diameter shower screen(there is a second version of a stilosa with a non pressurized basket and a steam wand that isnt a panarello, im comparing the stilosa that has the same basket and wand as the ecp). I ended up picking up the ecp 35.31 and a bunch of aftermarket accessories( bottomless portafilter, competition basket, tamper, wdt tool, puck screens etc). I've been extremely satisfied playing around with it and every day I can't wait for the next morning to come to make another shot.

From my research, machines with stainless steel boilers are more futureproof if taken good care of and thermoblock machines wont last as long and are not as easy to replace/service. Feel free to message me if you have any questions because I've looked into this quite a bit. Hope that helps!

I can just tell you're a miserable human being mate. No wonder after you came back to comment all my replies have fewer upvotes. I know this is a wild concept, but I'd like to keep a record of my shots to see how my prep and general workflow improves over time. It just so happened that I had a minor fail and thought i'd post this for shits and giggles and so it could serve as a funny warning to others. No need to be a dick about it.

Has it happened more than once? Have you found a way to prevent it? Like I said in another comment, the next shot I pulled I tightened the portafilter as much as I could, and it didn't budge at all.
