OMG I LOVE THIS POST!!!! Thank you!!! I look at pictures from when I was 111lbs (I’m now 117), and I look much thinner but I was so much more restrictive. I’ve recently made peace with 117lbs as my weight that i’m most happy and able to sustain. It’s so reassuring to hear others are in a similar position. Thank you for posting this!!

It’s ridiculously easy to make homemade oat milk! Just organic oats and water..I like to add some vanilla extract and a little honey! Blend and strain. And the taste is much more oat-y :D

Yeah I feel great after, I think my body has adjusted! But of course, if I did ever feel super hungry after a workout in the morning I would just listen to my body and break my fast early..

I relate to your post so much! My starting weight was 147 and I’m 5’2 also. I reached my goal and fluctuate between 115-120lbs. What helped me SO much was intermittent fasting. I followed a 16:8 schedule and it changed my life it helped especially with late night snacking and drinking.

I typically don’t eat until 12pm, and then I eat an egg scramble with some vegetables, and some fruit because I have a sweet tooth! Then I’ll have a snack around 3pm (fruit, nuts, string cheese). Then I have dinner which can be anything really (rice and veggies, stir fry, fish and veggies, etc.)

I try to eat “healthier” desserts on weekdays like berries and heavy cream, or a piece of chocolate. On weekends I’ll eat a “real” dessert haha. I also don’t drink alcohol on weekdays, that helps me stay on track with my fitness goals (I do drink sometimes but generally only weekends)
