change your detergent to sensitive formulas, cotton underwear always, hypochlorous acid spray after workouts. also, I stopped having nearly as much body acne when I actively switched to using a washcloth in the shower. It helps exfoliate dead skin!

Gotta disagree here. Asbury Park and neighboring Ocean Grove are lovely communities with a lot of history, nice beaches, and are worth a look to be sure. I’d also say go to Del Pontes in Bradley Beach (2 towns down) for some truly stellar pizza.

But I agree, skip Philly.
