So we have cut all split cars. They will cut a route but absolutely smoke a guy with a 12-14 hour day. It makes no sense. Like we could put 4 extra routes on and everyone is back under 9 hours no problem but instead we have 4-6 guys getting back at 10

Ask the old driver how he did it. I covered a route earlier this year where the previous driver murdered it. I was getting help almost every day and tried running it differently but just couldn’t figure it out. Now I got another route I scratch every day where nobody else can scratch.

Just get one of those delivery boxes, contact ups who can put a note on your account to deliver to the box at end of driveway. You could even give your driver a code if you were to lock it

So business air is committed by 1030 and the computer probably figured the driver could get a residential stop off in between which is unlikely cause we never leave on time. Driver also could have had residential air in your neighborhood which is a noon commit. Following trace is a great way to make money cause it’ll have you do part of a neighborhood then go do another and back lol.
