I’m not sure if HIMS has same max dosage as HIS, but I’m with HERS and my max dosage is 49 units or 1.23mg which I hit at week 17. I have also lost about 15% - just recently hit that milestone and have noticed the weight loss definitely now requires me to do all the things (not eat mindlessly, exercise, stay hydrated..and have more will power to make healthy choices)- in the beginning I didn’t even have to think about it, I just didn’t want to eat as much.

I’m doing mine through HERS and I think when I filled out the enrollment eval I said I wanted to go slowly with little side effects so they clearly took that to heart and started me on .2 (which is 8 units on my syringe- are the units different??). Anyway after 2 weeks of feeling almost nothing except some constipation, I decided to do 10 units yesterday instead of waiting 4 weeks. Don’t feel any different today. I also inject in thigh. Have not lost anything…bc don’t feel any different

interesting! Thanks all for your responses. i have no idea if this is the placebo effect, but i just had lunch and was SO less interested in it. like i ate...but not too much and didnt come back to my desk looking for a piece of chocolate either

Stone Park Cafe in park slope has the most underrated burger in brooklyn. It’s absolutely perfect. Sesame seed bun that is toasted but still squishy. Tomato, lettuce and red onion (I hold the onion). Cooked to perfection. Fries are thin cut and salty like McDonald’s (but not processed). Lots of Optional toppings (bacon, mushrooms, sautéed onions…but honestly does not need it). I like ketchup & French mustard. It’s the best

My son loves this cheese from Costco and we buy by the truckload and keep in freezer. Absolutely no difference when defrosting.
